Job Summary Job Details Job Title:- Content Writer (Junior/Mid-Level) Type of Position:- FTE Experience:- 2 to 3 Years Job Location:- Pune Hybrid Model We are seeking a content writer with strong writing and communication skills who can create compelling, engaging, and SEO-optimized content across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to adapt their writing style to different audiences and industries. Roles and Responsibilities Write and edit high-quality content, including blogs, articles, web copy, product descriptions, social media posts, and more. Develop and implement content strategies that align with business goals and marketing initiatives. Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics and generate ideas for new content. Optimize content for SEO to increase website traffic and improve search rankings. Proofread and edit content for grammar, clarity, and consistency. Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create content that aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience. Manage and prioritize multiple writing projects, ensuring deadlines are met. Stay updated on industry trends, audience behavior, and content marketing best practices. Contribute to the development of content calendars and editorial schedules. Technical Competency Experience in technical writing or writing for specific industries. Understanding of storytelling techniques for impactful content. Experience with blogging and content management systems. Knowledge of SEO best practices and the ability to apply them in written content. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy. Flexibility and adaptability to different styles of writing. Familiarity with content creation tools and platforms. Functional Competency Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, English related field. 1-3 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or similar roles. Portfolio of published articles or work samples. Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate ideas clearly. Proven ability to write SEO-optimized content. Excellent proofreading and editing skills. Experience in content strategy and content marketing. Strong research skills to support data-driven content creation. Creativity and originality in developing engaging content ideas. Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of grammar and vocabulary. Experience in audience analysis and adapting content to suit different demographics. Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools.
