Job Purpose (Essential intent of the Job)

Managing Network operation centre & providing required training

Critical Responsibilities (Detail Key areas and actions/ activities)
1. Managing the Routers & Switches
2. Managing Broad Band billing servers / Mail / DNS / Ftp
3. Managing servers supporting the Broad Band service and will be responsible to provide committed uptime taking timely backup.
4. Generating required reports
5. Understanding and commission new systems as and when required
6. Planning and executing the network expansion
