The Role: Manufacturing Engineer

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a crucial role in optimizing manufacturing processes and ensuring product quality. You will analyze designs, provide feedback, and generate quotes to help customers bring their products to market faster.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze manufacturing feasibility and costs for various fabrication processes.
  • Provide feedback on design alterations to improve manufacturability and reduce costs.
  • Develop cost calculators to streamline quoting processes.
  • Generate high-quality 2D drawings.
  • Collaborate with customers and manufacturing partners to ensure efficient production.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Understanding of GD&T and conventional tolerancing.
  • Knowledge of manufacturability and limitations of common materials.
  • Experience with multiple manufacturing processes (CNC machining, injection molding, urethane casting).
  • Sheet Metal experience is a must.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently.

Qualification :
4-year Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent technical training
Experience Required :

Minimum 4 Years
