Job Summary
Qualification : Bachelors degree in engineering (or equivalent) and 3-6 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced operations environment with a customer service focus, preferably within a manufacturing company.
The Role:
As an Associate Customer Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving project success. You will work closely with customers, manage manufacturing orders, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer relationships and resolve issues to ensure a seamless experience.
- Oversee manufacturing orders and prioritize customer requests.
- Communicate effectively with customers, engineering, design, manufacturing, and logistics teams.
- Collaborate with sales and operations to ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage projects with a focus on scope, budget, and timeline.
- Identify improvement areas and drive process enhancements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent with 3-6 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience working directly with US-based customers.
- Excellent communication and empathy skills.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Accountability and self-starter mindset.
- Basic project management and operations knowledge.
- Ability to work overnight shifts.
