Job Summary

Job Role Summary:

As a react native lead we expect you to develop the technical expertise in building mobile applications that work in Android and IOS environments. You should understand both App development using Native SDK and react native.

Responsibilities:

  • Should take the responsibility and ownership for the analysis, functional decomposition, modelling, prototyping, design, coding, code review, testing, deployment and status reporting of a work product in a project.
  • Delivery of product release as per plan and with quality
  • Provide input on technical effort estimation to arrive at resourcing plans
  • Be part of the technical panel for recruitment and yearly performance appraisals
  • Conduct training and induction of new team members

Experience:

  • 6+ years of experience in developing Mobile Applications
  • 2+ years of experience in developing in React Native
  • Experience in the probe, debug and resolve mobile application issues
  • Experience in measuring app performance and optimize

Mandatory Skills:

  • React Native
  • TypeScript, Javascript, ES6
  • Java
  • CSS (Styles)
  • JSON
  • Android

Optional Skills:

  • NodeJS
  • Application Performance Tuning
  • IOS Swift

Project Technologies: React Native, React JS, Redux, Android SDK, iOS SDK, Firestore,

Environment: Visual Code Editor, Android Studio, XCode

Abilities:

  • Strong Analytical and problem-solving techniques.
  • Should be able to mentor members of the team and train recruits
  • Should be able to do effort estimations
  • Ability to set & meet high professional standards
  • Ability to Probe, Debug and Resolve with information available
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Confidence to liaise with business users and senior business and technology managers
