Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Manage a cloud infrastructure environment through cross technology administration (OS, databases, virtual networks)
Support a mission critical infrastructure and ensure the highest levels of availability, performance, and security.
Manage requests and incidents with a focus on service availability and stability.
Develop and maintain a high degree of operational automation.
Implement and operate service monitoring (leveraging a global monitoring platform)
Close collaboration with development teams before, during and after software deployments as well as for troubleshooting and escalations.

Key Technical Skills

Act as a subject matter expert for FE fundinfo s for Azure infrastructure
Operate and manage Azure Iaas, PaaS and SaaS services (e.g. VM, SQL, Storage, AppServices)
Experience in operating high-available, cloud-hosted web-services
Expertise in working with Infrastructure as Code:
- Microsoft DevOps, Visualstudio Code
- PowerShell
- Azure ARM
- YAML pipelines
- Optional (and/or): Terraform, Ansible, Bash
Windows OS administration & automation:
- Patch management/automation
- Backup and recovery
- IIS role
Network Management:
- Azure virtual networks & subnets, NSGs
- Azure Traffic Manager
- Cloudflare
- Optional: F5 BIG IP Load Balancer (LTM, ASM)
Experience with operating Microsoft server and domain technologies (e.g. Active Directory, DNS, Group Policies, HyperV).
Monitor service performance and identify areas for improvement
