Roles and Responsibilities
Profile- Sr. Sales & Business Development.
We are currently looking for a senior professional @ the level of Sr Regional Manager Sales & Business Development into software solutions / IT services for various industry domains for North America Region
Responsibilities :
Define and implement strategies that will help company move up the value chain from staff augmentation to becoming a strategic solution provider to clients.
To prepare presentations, proposals, plans, contact reports as necessary. Provide reports and analysis as required on assigned accounts/customers
Establishes professional relationships with key personnel at various levels in assigned customer accounts.
Regularly liaising with existing clients and team to identify new business opportunities.
Ensuring sales growth through
[i] addition of new accounts and
[ii] Revenue enhancement in existing accounts
Responsible for Account Management, Team Handling,
Coordinating with internal team / stakeholders for delivery aspects.
Building a team internally to achieve the targets.
Ensuring that adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted by team for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner
Job Requirements:
Experience: 7-15 yrs of experience in US staffing hiring process (for Contract & full-time positions)
Desired 7 years+ experience in Account Management/ Client relationship management or business development and team handling
(Exp. in Selling IT Services/ Staff Augmentation . In North America)
Should be Goal oriented, hands-on experience in Sales life-cycle (prospecting, lead qualification, requirement understanding, proposal presentation and Sales closure).
Very Strong communication skills and good business acumen
Must have proven experience in meeting Sales Targets year on year with an appetite to grow business in multiple verticals
Should have strong hunter skills to get new accounts.
Office Timings:- 8 PM- 5:30 a.m IST( Night Shift)
