The Digital Reporting Factory (DRF) is a Pilot group in charge of providing digital reporting solution and reports to all the functions in the organization, for excellence and efficiency, for users in their day to day activities.

It will be integrated in team and will be involved in projects ranging from Data Warehousing, Interfacing, Data Visualization/Analysis and Reporting.

In order to meet the increasing expectations we are enriching our team by adding highly skilled resources.

Qualification and Experience

• Masters or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Engineering or Math
• At least 2-4 years experience in leading or developing high quality, enterprise scale software products
• Should have the following Experience

• SQL and NoSQL databases
• Experience in implantation of Data Warehousing project
• Automate the developed Reports as per given Business Requirements
• Data visualization, Data cleaning, Exploratory data analysis
• Scripting / Programming Skills such as Python, Java, Scala C++ as well as programming applications backed by cloud services

• Below experience Is a Plus

• Oracle SQL Joins, Sub queries, Set Operations, Functions
• DevOps CI/CD technologies
• Experience in one or more specific IOT / Embedded / M2M Industry (i.e. home automation, factory automation, smart utilities, etc.)
• Web application Front-ends and knowledge of Javascript frameworks (such as ReactJS, Angular JS)
• Structured system development life cycle integrating state-of-the-art
• Intermediate / advanced knowledge of the cloud services

Additional Skills

• Identify new projects and present their results to both technical and non-technical audience
• Experience working with external or internal customers to implement large scale data oriented solutions in an Agile environment
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly
• Applying software- defined architecture approaches
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English
• Entrepreneurship: Capacity and willingness to understand the needs of the end-user and develop accordingly the product
• Autonomy: Capacity to search for required solutions, for example by asking the right questions to the right persons. This might also imply to explore new areas unknown to the team at the moment
• Accountability: Being responsible of its own development and product. Feeling a sense of ownership and proudness in the work done
• Directness: The work environment in Faurecia and particularly around the DRF is fast paced. It is crucial to be able to deliver quick and efficient feedback as soon as possible
• Deliver: Being focused on the delivery of a product to the end-user
