1. Work with business stakeholders to understand their reporting and analytical needs and translate them into technical requirements.
2. Develop and maintain data models, ETL processes, and data visualizations to support business needs.
3. Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics that enable business users to make informed decisions.
4. Monitor data quality, troubleshoot data issues, and perform data validation to ensure accurate and reliable reporting.
5. Work with the development team to optimize data warehousing and data architecture.
6. Train business users on BI tools and provide ongoing support for their use.
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest BI trends and technologies and recommend new tools and techniques that can improve the BI capabilities of the organization.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
1. 8+ years of experience in designing and implementing BI solutions.
2. Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and database technologies.
3. Experience with ETL processes and tools such as SSIS or Informatica.
4. Proficiency in SQL and database programming.
5. Experience with BI tools such as Power BI.
6. Knowledge of data visualization best practices and principles.
7. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
8. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
10. Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.
