Lead UX Designer

This position of a UX Lead is a strategic role with the venture, the person is expected to be energetic, ambitious, diplomatic and passionate about managing complex projects with people operation skills to lead the team in the right direction. Your day-to-day responsibilities would include below key areas

• Solving complex enterprise problems, through extensive research as and when required by the partners for different projects.
• Working with the Internal design team for Gathering requirements, Designing Personas, Information Architecture, User flows, Wire-framings, Visual Designs and User testing.
• Ensuring that there is a smooth collaboration between the Internal Design & Development team, and the clients are communicated with the status of the projects.
• Handling multiple projects with minimal direction of Internal UX Managers or Project Heads. Meanwhile, ensuring that we are taking up as many potential partnerships as possible from where-ever we find an opportunity.
• Helping f1 in Project Planning and Management to a better extent. Supporting us in hiring through your assessment contribution, insights and strategic planning.
• Mentoring the Senior & Junior designers, which comes with a lot of leadership qualities of setting examples and benchmarks in whatever ways possible.
• Dealing with Knowledge enhancement & Career progression of the designers working in the team. Meaning, you would be required to ensure their career growth.

In addition to this you are being asked to,

• Contribute to our design process and the intellectual property of f1 s repository.
• Create a self-brand for yourself and to the team members to be identified as a unique Designer.
• Importantly, you should be able to represent the company in any meet-ups, conclaves, conferences or events that come as part of our Design Journey or help us in branding / Pitching us to any new prospects.

What s you should be having?

• You should at least have 4+ years of design experience in a Product space or Client facing role.
• Should have led design teams and multiple projects
• You must have shipped a couple of products in the past, having core problem solving execution.
• Should be able to think logically to understand the reasoning behind solving complex UX challenges withprocesses in place.
• Good to have experience of working with cross-functional teams.
• Plus to have a B.Des or M.Des degree from Tier 1 & 2 Colleges.
• Preference will be given for candidates having B2B UX Experience, coming from a startup or with design agency experience.
