Position description:

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead the product design process from conception through to validation and production, while driving high-quality outcomes.
• Should be able to understand and process complex problems to come up with elegant and informed solutions.
• Understand and process complex problems into elegant, informed solutions.
• Articulate and champion your design solutions based on human-centered design principles and incorporating research data.
• Produce wireframes, visual designs, and low-fidelity interactive prototypes.
• Showcase excellent teamwork and communication skills to effectively collaborate with multi-functional and multi-disciplined teams.
• Develop knowledge of users across key areas and deep expertise in your strategic product area.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design working on multiple web and mobile products in a consumer experience start-up environment
• Excellent understanding of Visual Design with attention to detail and consistency
  
• Ability to understand user pain points and drive user research and usability testing
  
• Ability to design and prototype new and creative approaches to complex design problems
  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills. You should be able to clearly articulate design decisions to the Design team as well as the leadership team.
  
• Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams to define, strategize, design and ship features.
  
• Understanding the importance of Data & Analytics in making data driven designs. Being comfortable with numbers.
