Job Summary What is the role be like?

    Lead UI engineer is a position one step ahead from a Senior UI Developer and this person as a team-contributor is expected to perform all the tasks a Senior Frontend Developer would do, in addition to that you are responsible for

  • Leading multiple projects effectively with ease.
  • Estimating the timeframes and communicating the same to the clients
  • Guiding the frontend team in Frameworks/Libraries and can establish one.
  • Handling multiple projects, at least more than one with the team members.
  • Sharing your experience and knowledge with the team related to techs and frameworks
  • Taking care of process & quality improvement in each projects you are put in
  • Continuously work on improving the delivery process through continuous research.

  • Someone who can continuously think about Innovation of Design and link it with Technology to the world to interact seamlessly. Maybe a coder who is also a Design thought partner and problem solver to a Design Team.
  • Should be well versed and up-to-date in current and emerging web-programming software,trends and solution in related IT fields
  • Should understand visual storytelling, rendering user interfaces and user journeys into meaningful experiences. Should beable to understand Content & its value in the web journey
  • Should be able to build, manage a team and work with limited supervision
  • 5-12 years of progressive experienced folks are preferred. Having Knowledge and Experience with either Angular or Reacts JS is must
  • Must be proficient in HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, SaaS, jQuery, JavaScript (JS) & Javascript frameworks, Responsive Design, Browser Develop Tools
