Job Summary

18+ years of overall software development experience with the last 8 years in a product/B2C environment and/or comparable experience such as online gaming.
Proven experience in building highly scalable backend systems, with at least 6 years in leadership roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Strategic mindset aligning technical strategies with business objectives.
A minimum of 8 years of experience with Java Object-Oriented Programming Language in a professional environment required.
Experience with Golang, NodeJs languages are Plus.
Experience in building enterprise-grade APIs using state-of-the-art techniques and best practices (GraphQL, REST, JSON, XML, etc.) required.
Experience in developing applications utilizing websockets/netty framework and creating highly scalable systems.
Experience with relational databases, including designing complex schemas and queries required.
Experience developing within distributed systems or a microservice-based architecture required.
Experience with Cloud Native system design required and Familiarity with Container Runtime and Container Orchestration tools such as Docker, cri-o, Kubernetes required.
Hands-on experience working with CI/CD tool chains Jenkins, Github/GitLab Actions, Circle CI or similar.
Familiarity with Data Centric application design, Event Driven Systems, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Hazelcast, Big Data ecosystem, Data pipelines, Stream processing systems etc. is required.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multi-task efficiently.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Experience working with Public Clouds (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Experience using Infrastructure automation tools added value.
Experience using database systems like mongo, Cassandra, Redis, Dynamo etc. in high-performance and resilient configurations is a plus.
Experience in the RMG industry is a plus.
Experience in defining standards for coding, design, designing complex applications, and working with design patterns.
Experience in building reusable components and using code optimization tools like Sonar.
Strong presentation and documentation skills.
Experience in security testing and VAPT.
Experience working with performance tools like JMeter/Blaze Meter etc.
Experience in DR activation without business impact.
Solid understanding and experience of networking protocols and their nuances to build low latency apps.
Substantial experience in team building, driving hiring programs to attract top talent, and developing hiring strategies in collaboration with Talent Acquisition.
