Senior Product Designer Job in Eyerov Technologies Pvt Ltd

Position Summary

Undertake the mechanical component design and be involved in the whole product development life cycle from concept to manufacture and encompass all aspects of validation, prototyping and testing.

Roles & Responsibility

• Support Business Development team in taking a customer s requirements and turning it into reality

• Demonstrated experience in life-cycle development of mechanical system hardware within a complex system or product

• Design and mechanical calculations for the safe design of mechanical devices and design of various EyeROV products and subsystems

• Implementing Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA) for effective management

• Manage Designing activities of projects to keep timelines for customer delivery

• Good understanding of FMEA and Risk Assessments

• Drive technical solutions and reviews with internal design team and multiple sub-suppliers and solution providers

• Engaging in Project/New Product Feasibility analysis and related Budgeting with Business Development team

Skills

• Understanding of Aluminium Alloys, SS, Polymers and Plastic Material Properties

• Hydrodynamic/AeroDynamic and fluid flow analysis and design of structures/vehicles

• Understanding of various Machining and Manufacturing processes for metals and non metals.

• Thorough knowledge with various mechanical joining methods like fasteners,welding etc

• Good systems thinking

• Ability to write and speak clearly about technical subject matter

• Flexibility and responsiveness in a fast-paced, dynamic, small team environment

• Hands on experience with FEA softwares and strong knowledge of Mechanical Systems design concepts

• Purchase materials and obtain quotes for various machining process

Eligibility

Mechanical Engineering or related fields Degree/Post Graduation

Qualification

• A minimum work experience of 5 years of mechanical design

• Experience of Mechanical Engineering Product design under static structural and Dynamic Loading conditions
