Sr Product And Marketing Analyst Job in Gadgeon Systems Inc

Analyze the client's business and technology challenges and create proposals containing our unique value proposition. Mentor the marketing executives by providing direction to market research, marketing campaigns, and events.

Key Duties/ Responsibilities

Gadgeon provides consulting and IoT solutions for our clients in various industries like home/industrial automation. In this context, the key responsibilities are
1) Marketing
a) Perform market research for target verticals and identify value proposition
b) Guide a junior team to conduct marketing campaigns (e-mail, events) and generate leads
c) Conduct first level meetings with customer effectively
2) Presales activities
a) Understand the client requirements, pain points, objectives and document them as use cases.
b) Perform market and competitor study so that Gadgeon's unique value offerings are identified and documented
c) Work with the technical team in developing solutions for the identified use cases
d) Identify the unique value proposition for our solution, prepare the proposal response documents leading to deal closure.
e) Act as a liaison between the client and Gadegon during the sales cycle leading to win

Mandatory Skills

• Deep technical expertise on one technology area, preferably cloud application development on AWS/ Azure
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent business sense to understand customers pain points and come up with viable solutions
• Knowledge in MS office tools, especially word, excel, PowerPoint
• Very good understanding of software development life cycle

• Flair for public speaking
• Experience in blogs
• Knowledge of IoT/Industrial IoT solutions (Sensors, PLCs, Data acquisition, Edge gateways, Cloud computing, Analytics)
