Job Summary

Responsibilities:
1. Create engagement strategies with stakeholders in the team to develop a professional relationship through the provision of product and operational services, training, and customer services
2. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
3. Ability to be flexible with timings, and available at all times for customers' needs
4. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
5. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
6. Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
7. Appropriate and timely follow-ups wherever required
8. Keep strong documentation of actions taken and tickets resolved

Key competencies:
1. Knowledge of MS Excel, Google Spreadsheets
2. Excellent English - written and verbal communication skills
3. Punctual and Prompt with follow-ups

Qualification and Experience:
1. Graduate in any discipline
2. Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience
