Job Summary

Job Responsibilities: The Manager will be the senior point of contactforday-to-day management of all the existing business and the ability to sell new ideas and solutions. He/she would be the one point contact to liaison with clients to identify specific business problems come up with apt strategies. He / She will also be responsible new business initiatives will work closely with the management team to drive growth.

Business Development :

  • Be the Brand custodianforclients.
  • Strategic point of contactforclients and establish strong relationships leading to new business development.
  • Lead new business efforts and determine the optimal staffing assignmentsfornew initiatives.
  • Partner with peers in planning and creative team, and internal disciplines to work on existing or new business opportunities.
  • Develop new business opportunities and to achieve growth numbers.
  • Accountableforrevenue and business targets.
  • Work closely with Branch Head to identify business development opportunities.
Skills and Knowledge required:
  • Should be excellent in communication level
  • Should interact with clients at appropriate level
  • High Experience Pedigree : should have worked in agencies of repute
  • Exposure to Business Development in ad agency environment with related dynamics is preferred.
  • Educational qualification in relevant field of study.

Experience Required :

Minimum 5 Years
