Business Margin Data Analyst Job in Exotel Techcom Pvt. Ltd

About the role

As a Margin Analyst, you will be responsible to develop and provide key analytics to guide the direction of strategic pricing and margin initiatives. Continually work on creating tools and processes for analysis while providing necessary analytics for other strategic projects to ensure root causes are identified and improvement plans are in place. Also, you will be responsible for developing and streamlining key margin reporting and process improvement

What you will do?

• Performs advanced trend analysis on client level margins incorporating data from different sources.
• Create a real-time dashboard on the client level, region level, product level margins
• Create reconciliation systems across internal systems vs external reports to analyse any cost variance
• Hindsight business results versus budget/forecast and last year on a daily/monthly/quarterly/ad-hoc basis to develop succinct, actionable go-forward strategies to drive margin
• Analyze day-to-day financial performance and dig into results to find insightful trends or anomalies

What we look for?

• Bachelor s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field
• Basic understanding of the financial statement
• SQL and DB experience
• Ability to identify data need and efficiently organize and report on large data sets in excel or working with IT on internal systems (e.g. Power BI, SAP BW)
• Proven quantitative and analytical skills
