Planning, initiating and implementing all Capex & executing
all Engineering Projects within stipulated timeline.
Preparing fixed and variable budgets.
Preparation of monthly MIS, analyze & keep track the fixed and
variable overhead engineering indices .
Initiate and Introduce innovations in plant operation to
reduce energy cost and wastages.
Ensuring the upkeep of Manufacturing/Packaging
machineries, Utilities and Facilities to Factory and adjacent
central R&D.
Planning of Preventive Maintenance activities (Condition
Based & Time Based) and implementation.
Reduced the Overheads by Cost Saving initiatives.
Installation & Maintenance of utilities, packaging machinery
and electrical panels.
Auditing the Electrical System & Electrical Safety;
standardizing the electrical system and guiding the electrical
teams.
Driving cultures of Manufacturing Excellence (5S, TPM,
QMS, EMS and OHSAS) .
Developing Vendor and localized spare parts manufacturer.
Actively taking part in Vendor Negotiations to cut down the costs.
Liaison with all local and government authorities.
Familiarity with regulatory rules and regulations, executing
systems to ensure compliance and compiling records
confirming completion of obligations
Planning for Project and Maintenance of Plant equipmets.
Planned preventive maintenance and monitored to reduce breakdown time
