Job Summary
Min 8- 10+ Years of experience with Magento & PHP development for a leading e-commerce projects
1. Managing daily team meeting and allocation of tasks in the team based on expertise
2. Optimizing effectiveness of team by constant mentoring and motivation
3. Coordination with marketing and Sr. Project Manager with regards new business opportunity and areas of modification on technical front.
4. Creating requirements for the given task and document it.
5. Be responsible for end to end delivery.
6. Implementing new solutions for existing problem or process.
7. Groom your team with your level of expertise.
8. Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
9. Ability to multi-task
