Systems Analyst Erp Job in Evolutyz It Services

Review, analyze, install, and modify systems to include configuring, testing, and debugging in support of theorganization's business processes and initiatives.
* Consult with customers to identify current/desired operating procedures and to clarify program objectives sothat assigned systems may be configured to support initiatives effectively
* Evaluate business problems and revised operational procedures to identify potential enhancements to assignedsystems to meet changing business requirements using technical expertise
* Research, resolve, and respond to highly complex system/process related issues in their area of responsibilityand within our ERP suite of hardware/software products.
* Provide business systems analysis and process redesign expertise within the business areas. Analysis andredesign of ERP functions and processes.
* Customize/configure ERP software to satisfy business requirements and process design.
* Proactively analyze existing applications and systems to find value added modifications and/or enhancementsusing specialized knowledge of assigned systems
* Must serve as an escalation specialized technical support tier for assigned systems
* Must keep abreast of vendor roadmaps, upgrades, bug fixes, security patches/vulnerabilities in regard toassigned systems including guiding the organizations actions to those changes
* Ensures that projects remain on track by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports andrecommending actions
* Acts as a liaison with other departments, divisions, and organizations.
* Writes system policies and procedures to ensure process and data integrity
* Writes and maintains documentation for end-users. Writes scripts for help desk support. Develops trainingdocumentation for system users

? Technical :
* Solid understanding of software development life cycle,
* Experience documenting requirements using a formal modeling tool (i.e. UML, flow charts, sequence diagrams).
* Experience gathering requirements and eliciting feedback via stakeholder analysis, developing use cases andbuilding mockups or prototypes
* Experience with business process reengineering is a plus
* Experience with various systems architectures including, client-server, web-based, service oriented.
* Knowledge of relational database design fundamentals.
* Experience in manufacturing, logistics or accounting.
* Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning Systems (ERP) like SAP and Oracle Apps
* Experience with Structured Query Language (SQL)

* Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics or closely related field,
* 5+ years of experience & comprehensive knowledge of Information technology and processes.
