Job Title: ERP/CRM Specialist Location: Hyderabad Project Role: ERP Specialist Qualification: B-Tech Experience: 9-11 Years Required Skills: SAP Security GRC Administration Number of Open Positions: 1 Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced ERP Specialist to manage and support ERP systems in a production environment. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP Security and GRC Administration, with a strong focus on troubleshooting, system optimization, and database management. This role also involves mentoring and sharing technical knowledge with team members. Key Responsibilities: Administer and maintain ERP systems within a live production environment. Monitor and evaluate the impact of new software releases, support packs, and kernel upgrades on the application and end users. Oversee database optimization, backup, and recovery processes to ensure system performance and data integrity. Provide advanced troubleshooting support for ERP systems and database issues. Lead knowledge transfer initiatives by training team members and ensuring effective communication of best practices.
