Required Experience (must have)
Solid and demonstratable knowledge of testing techniques
Proven analytical skills to define test scenarios, and determine root cause of problems in a complex environment
Strong automated testing experience creating new tests in Selenium or TestCafe
Experienced programming skills
Experience quality assuring solutions targeting Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Experience quality assuring solutions targeting Kubernetes and/or microservices
Strong understanding of RESTful web services and the ability to verify them
Must be a critical thinker with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience with automated builds and deployments (CI/CD)
Experience with writing SQL statements to support testing needs
Helpful Experience (nice to have)
Experience using Git, TFS/Azure DevOps
Basic .NET Framework experience (C# and .NET Core v2+ experience is a plus)
Basic GraphDB experience (Neo4j experience desired, other NoSQL experience helpful)
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
Performance or load test experience
Advanced SQL Skills
SentryOne / LegiTest experience
Primary Responsibilities
Demonstrate a strong desire for quality with an ability to take the point of view of the customer
Validate quality targets for our multi-tiered solutions using modern tools and methodologies with a goal for technical excellence
Work closely with other developers, architects and stakeholders to understand and enforce quality standards based on stated functional and non-functional requirements
Participate in rapid prototypes to evaluate solutions and ensure the feasibility of current and future technical designs
Solve problems and pro-actively look for ways to improve our products and platform
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Analyze test results and escalate issues appropriately
Analyze code reviews and determine quality risks
Create modular, reusable, and reliable automated system tests
Support and modify existing testing frameworks
