Job Summary

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Understand product, requirements & translate into automation test cases & test suites.
  • Identify & automate manual test cases (all critical & major test scenarios and achieve high coverage of automation in the builds)
  • Create & maintain automation test framework.
  • Execute & maintain automation test cases, log defects and understand defect cycle.
  • Create and modify test data.
  • Troubleshoot, debug and resolve automation issues.
  • Perform web services testing using SOAP UI.
  • Suggest improvements to product from end user standpoint (usability testing)
  • Suggest improvements to product from end user standpoint (usability testing)
  • Support UAT testing activities.
  • Communicate with test lead and test manager for status reporting.

Desired Candidate Profile:


  • Experience in reviewing requirements and developing automation test cases based on those requirements.
  • White box testing experience at the unit, integration and system level.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to do multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work seamlessly in a team environment and creating excellent team dynamics
