Job Summary

Qualification:BE,BSCIT, any IT graduate

Job Description:

  • To carry out customer support activities by individual and team responsibilities
  • To complete the task undertaken within the shortest possible time frame
  • To regularly meet the clients and update them on our new product.
  • To support Systems/AMC Sales Teams to generate business leads pa (new business / AMC / any other).
  • New installations according to new business / sales
  • Preventive Maintenance of Systems under warranty and AMC to be planned and executed as per signed SLAs
  • All Service calls to be attended as per QC Policy
  • Ensures and provides quality service to both internal and external customers
  • Provides back-up support to other group members in the performance of job duties as required Processing of orders received.
  • Relationship management with clients to build brand loyalty & ensure total customer satisfaction
  • CS Manager will ensure For major projects /Multiple sites/critical functional areas involvement of Customer support person prior to submission of proposal for understanding of requirement & prepare Bill of Material
  • CS Manager will ensure Training for customer support department on every working Saturdays on preparing BOM s
  • Arrange Engineers meeting with Management fortnightly for activities analysis
  • Willing to travel outside of Mumbai.

Past Experience: Must be from IT industry, or Software sales or Time attendance,CCTV,Fire alarm,Gates & barriers, HRMS, payroll solution with upto 5 years service experience.
