Job Summary

Being part of a developing industry, we are looking for a Female candidate who can handle the front desk and administrative work and has a vision for a long term association with our firm. Pleasing telephonic and in person manner, along with skills of managing and scheduling appointments is a must have. Having a can do attitude and willing to learn, will be admirable qualities. Excellent communication skills, with written and verbal fluency in English as well as Hindi, based on the customer and staffs comfort is required. Being hands-on with day to day problems and finding creative and effective solutions should be the approach to work.

Essential functions:Welcoming and directing the guests and the staff to appropriate personnel, offices or areas. Managing entry registers and the appointments of the visitors. Attending phone calls and diverting to the relevant departments and people with very less holding time. Maintaining strict confidentiality in dealing with all the official, management and personal issues. Sorting and distributing incoming mails and processing outgoing mails. Booking and managing outsourced services like courier, repairs for basic amenities. Managing the vouchers and forms for services within the company. Taking initiative for creative and effective reforms for team building exercises. Keeping the reception area clean and tidy all the time with maintaining records on daily basis. Using Microsoft office for daily work and keeping records of work. Providing clerical and technical support to other departments as requested. Performing other duties as assigned. Ability to work under pressure and to short deadlines, let them know stress is always there be prepared. Working Relationships
