Job Description:

The individual will play an integral role on our team supporting the human resources, administrative, sales, recruiting, and management functional areas at ESN Technologies (India) Pvt. Ltd.

The ability to work independently with general direction from management with accountability is necessary.

The individual must be creative, hard-working, focused, dependable, driven, and willing to learn and grow. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are crucial.

Providing the highest quality customer service to both internal/external clients and candidates is required. You must also have a sense of urgency with regard to certain time-sensitive requests.

A positive attitude, ability to multi-task, great organizational and time management skills, and an impeccable work ethic are necessary for this role.

Essential functions and key position accountabilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Take responsibility for driving outcomes to support business initiatives.
  • Develop and administer human resource plans, policies, and procedures
  • Prepares and maintains employee handbook and policies and procedures manual.
  • Maintain human resource information and create custom reports for stakeholders
  • Meet talent acquisition goals covering the full recruiting cycle
  • Plan, organize, and implement training programs
  • Employee relations, employee performance, attendance, and issue resolution
  • Handle Onboarding and Offboarding of employees
  • Coordinate payroll activities to meet deadlines.
  • Maintains compliance with government regulations concerning employment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and at least one HRIS software package is expected.
