Job Summary
1. Should have experience in handling Channel Sales.
2. Should have market knowledge and Proven sales track record.
3. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
4. Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
5. Proficient in MS office, Excel and PowerPoint.
1. Managing the team of dealers to achieve the desired results including sales, collection, dispatches, aftermarket requirements.
2. Jointly work with Mahindra team and dealers in territory for promotion of Mahindra Powerol Brand with Dealers/Consultants/Architects/Electrical Contractors etc
3. Jointly work with Mahindra team and the dealers in territory for identification and penetration in unexplored market segments.
4. Generate monthly MIS reports including Sales, Enquiries, lost order reports with dealers as desired by management and Mahindra.
5. Assist dealers in recruiting/training of their staff for this division.
6. Co-ordinate with service dealer for any unresolved customer complaint and escalate if necessary to management/Mahindra team
7. Ensure total customer satisfaction in his assigned territory.

Salary : 6 - 8 Lacs ( Subject to Skills and current CTC)
Qualification : Degree in Engineering preferably Electrical / Mechanical or MBA
