Job Summary


Jobpurpose


Manager FBPOwill play a critical role in setting up the multi country/ group accountingprocess. The role requires demonstrated ability to lead and develophigh-performing team. Proven capabilities of setting up Multi country or local F&A process from managing R2R, O2C, P2P process. Work closely with Global Engagementleaders for consistency in management reporting, analysis, budgeting,forecasting etc. Provide outstanding contribution/support to consulting withengagement teams on all compliance and reporting activities.



Responsibilities


  • Meticulous adherence to the compliancecalendar of client in order to ensure smooth closure of books of accounts,statutory reporting

  • Coordinate the globalcorporate accounting process for Global Clients

  • Good understanding of overallaccounting process across R2R, O2C, P2P and expertise in any one of theprocess.

  • Front ending client to provideexception exceptional client service on delivery.

  • Coordinate and review theactivities that are performed in the Centers of Excellence and EY local offices

  • Liaise with the Client Global ProcessOwners on the accounting processes and continuous improvement opportunities

  • Develop, implement and managenew client strategic processes. Understand market and trends, current tools andtechnology in market place

  • Own and maintain internal andexternal reporting dash boards to demonstrate progress of activities and statusquo of multi country engagements

  • Willingness to challengestatus quo processes and desire to implement process improvements by providinglean ideas, enforcing an environment with uncompromising controls and improvequality

  • Detailed review of accounts,schedules and workings to testify the quality of deliverables, and assist ineffectively implementing the internal review mechanism and Control process.

  • Effective work planning andcapacity utilization to help support other colleagues.

  • Shall have driven efficiencyprojects, transition, transformation agenda for the team



Functional& Technical skills



FunctionalSkills


  • Experience in developing teamsand ability to lead a team of experienced finance colleagues.

  • Proven track of working with leadersfrom across geographies and managing the deliverables under a fast changingexpectations with accurate quality in a metrics environment.

  • Outlook towards increasing theproductivity and resources utilization, and ability to effectively implementthe process change with adequate engagement support.

  • Exposure on Internationalassignments on F & A Transitions, Auditing, Consulting or other engagementsis an added advantage for this role.

    RequiredTechnical skills


  • Hands on experience on any ofthe ERP

  • Excellent presentation andinterpersonal skills

  • Strong client and stakeholdermanagement skills

  • Six sigma or other efficiencycertification is an added advantage.

  • Experience in transition andtransformation

    Qualifications& Experience


  • B.Com/M.Com/CA with overall 8 15 Yrs of experience

  • Chartered Accountant (CA)/CostAccountant (CWA)/Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
