Job description: Senior Associate, Assurance Operations
Grade: Senior Associate
GDS & Market Ops summary:
Global Delivery Services (GDS) Markets Operation team provides Operational and Decision-Making support to the Business Development Leadership and to various Global Markets functions. Our diverse team is specialized in coordinating Business Development (BD) activities, provide support to Go-to-Market projects and provide operational support to the Markets organization. GDS is spread acrossmultiple locations around the globe.
Business unit specific description Assurance Operations - UKI
As a part of the Assurance Operations Support team, the Senior Associate is expected to take charge of multiple responsibilities, which include provide support to the Assurance Operations Team, Project Management, Reporting and Analysis, Delivery management, Multitasking et al. The role requires comparable work experience, adherence to work ethics and attention to detail for, as the team has a high focus on accuracy and tight deadlines.
The role also requires effective communication skills support the business and its leaders, Partners and Senior Management, through reporting, data analysis and insights provision.
Essential deliverables and processes include:
- Sales & Pipeline reporting for Forensics and FAAS Sub Service Line
- Forensics Revenue Bridge & Related Report
- Delivering the AMT and AMB Dashboards to support the monthly meetings
- Provide the necessary support to enable the FAAS Deal Review process
- Perform InterAction/ CRM clean-up activity to maintain pipeline hygiene, ensure calendarization is complete, opportunity tagging and contact the partners to ensure opportunity details are accurately recorded in the records.
- Support activities related to Gold and Silver accounts
- Perform weekly data refresh for Power BI Forensic dashboard
- Good knowledge of EY Assurance Market Segments / SL structures
- Collate action points from leadership meetings and drive its execution
- Program/ Project Coordination
- Internal review of deliverables
- Work on Adhoc projects

Experience and qualifications:
Graduate / Post-graduate - (BusinessAdministration, Finance, Information and Data Science)
with 5 to 9 years work experience in Services industry having exposure to Business Process Management (BPM), Consulting, Stakeholder Management, Agile working Etc.
Mandatory skills & attributes:
Project coordination Should engage with and understand the objectives of the various programs/initiatives of multiple stakeholders
Project Management Basic/Intermediate knowledge of Project Management concepts and tools
Excellent reporting and analytical skills Previous experience and proven ability to read, understand and sanitize the data, build reports/dashboards and provide insights from the data, identify probable areas of automation and implement them
Presentation and facilitation skills - Ability to drive meetings, build presentations that interpret the data, create valuable business insights and deliver the message to the stakeholders
Work under minimal direction/supervision - Be accountable for projects assigned, take complete ownership and drive projects end to end
Be responsible for review of deliverables produced by staff as part of Quality Assurance
Business acumen and adaptability Should understand the immediate needs of the business and align with the varying expectations
Quick learner - Ability to grasp or quickly understand the process, objectives / intricacies of projects and move to delivery mode in a short span
Process improvement Identify opportunities to optimise the process for quicker TATs, better quality and better insights

Excellent Communication -
Experience working with Business leaders/leadership groups
MS Office skills: Power BI, Power Automate, Advanced level experience in Excel reporting and PowerPoint.
Minimum Expectation :
Reports/Dashboards in Power BI, basic knowledge of DAX
Excel Pivot tables, look ups, filtering, conditional formatting, validation etc.
PPT insert graphs/shapes, alignment, text justification, text margins etc.
High degree of professionalism and integrity
Good skill to educate peers via trainings, one-to-one discussion, about your insights during job role
