Project Manager - Eaa Job in Bosch Group

Job Responsibilities:

• On time delivery of product releases from the Solution platform including new feature development, maintenance, and hot-fix releases
• Review the technical proposals from Architects for new feature development
• Provide accurate project plan and quality metrics for new feature development, maintenance, and hot-fix releases.
• Conduct regular Agile based scrum and project review meetings to track progress and ensure timely release as per committed schedules with very high quality.
• Work with various stakeholders including product management, marketing, engineering teams to finalize the release scope and committed project plan.

Job Requirements:

• Experience proven in Project Management skills in the area of Cloud technologies (AWS or Azure) based on SaaS model, Big Data and Web Applications leading offshore project teams.
• Minimum 1+ years hands-on managing Cloud Stack and/or Big data projects.
• Minimum 4+ years hands-on managing Web application projects.
• Experience with new and emerging web, server and UI side technologies
• Ability to deliver on multiple deadlines and prioritize diligently as a self-directed individual, comfortable with a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• Articulate and explain designs and constraints to customer team stakeholders who has to onboard to the platform
• Experience in both Waterfall and Agile project methodologies and ability to determine/recommend when each is appropriate.
• Well versed with SCRUM process and ceremonies and tools that enable agile development
• Good understanding of DevOps setup required for hassle-free release cycles
• Good attention to detail and written and oral communication skills
• Proactive in managing project change, risks and issues.
• Create and maintain project-level dashboards to enable effective project management.
• Promote teamwork, motivate, coach and develop people in the team to build functional skills and desired behaviors to deliver results.
• Ensure high levels of engagement within the team
• Mantain high levels of collaborative mindset between teams in the same business area
• Provide technical and other guidance as required to the team and assess the performance of the associates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent work experience
• Overall ~10 years experience with considerable experience in managing Cloud and Web application related projects
• Five years of managerial experience
• Good to have PMP Certification.
• Good to have SCRUM certification
• Exposure to SaFe framework is a plus
