Ai Devops Manager Job in Ericsson

What you will do Completely own L1, L2 & L3 levels of support for non-COTS AI platforms being built and solutions deployed on them. Problem identification, isolation and solutioning identify problem, prioritize criticality of issue together with business, route and assign issue to responsible team/ person (e.g. AI operations engineer, ML Engineer or SSA Execution Operations team) See opportunities for cost optimization of cloud native services being used to drive lower Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) Raise data-science issues related to model-performance that require fine-tuning of parameters and model retraining to be carried out to ML Ops Engineering team Own issues requiring code fix (non-data-science related) and handle resolution by involving the right team members Prioritize fixes for L3 maintenance team SLA management and maintaining Operations KPIs Proactive operations management, identifying issues before they emerge The interface towards the DPOs (SPMs), AI Delivery Managers, Data Scientists, Solution Architects and central EIT operations team Be responsible for encouraging a learning culture that optimizes for speed and agility while obsessing about the consumer Collaborate with the leadership, key partners (internal / external) and teams to make sure that you consciously iterate and improve the operational solutions Be part of the department s operations function where you will share takeaways and discuss how to improve operational solutions. You will bring 10+ yrs of experience working in IT/Software organizations dealing with large distributed systems 5-6 years or more of verified hands-on experience with IPCC processes and ITIL v4 framework for handling large distributed applications (preferably on cloud) Exposure working in or leading a DevOps team, or experience leading an operations team working with several multi-functional teams working toward a common goal Experience designing processes for DevOps and operations that drive operational excellence for solutions and platforms being handled. Experience with cloud based systems preferably on Amazon Web Services, Google Exposure to applications that make use of AI and machine learning on cloud platforms with exposure to DevOps tools including, Azure DevOps GitHub Infrastructure as Code (IaC) like CloudFormation, Terraform etc. Certified in ITIL v4 will be a plus
