Job Summary
QUALIFICATION
- Graduate / Diploma in civil engineering or architecture
- 4 -6 years experience in the execution & coordination of civil construction & large interior project.
- Minimum 2 years experience as a project manager required.
- Record of good quality execution
- Managing multiple projects to achieve completion of the projects within time, cost and quality standards.
- Heading a team of site engineers
- Resourceful, ability to independently source & deploy resources internal and external.
- Ability to set up and develop a network of quality contractors and vendors.
- Excellent at coordinating and driving all agencies including the client to achieve targets.
- Good communication and social skills.
- Organised proactive approach to manage projects. Eye for quality.
