Job Summary

Promptly and professionally respond to incoming phone calls, emails and live chat concerning all customer service related inquiries with a goal of providing an exceptional customer experience.
Accurately process daily entry of orders and perform routine order tracking through our software to ensure timely processing and shipping of customer orders.
Process and track customer returns and claims.
Follow up on existing issues and keep customers updated on the status of their orders.
Any additional tasks or duties as assigned.

Qualification :
Graduate or Post Graduate in any discipline
