Senior Product Qa Developer - Automation, Selenium Job in Epicor Software Corporation

About the Role: As a Product QA Developer, Sr you will join a Product Engineering team working on Cloud-based Distribution ERP product responsible for end-to-end automation testing and maintain automation framework for the improvement of product quality following agile methodology. What You ll Do: Lead the design and development of robust and scalable test automation frameworks and contribute to enhance automation coverage, tailored to our software products. Utilize your expertise in WebDriverIO, Selenium, and client performance testing tools to create and maintain automated test scripts. Collaborate closely with QA engineers, developers, and product managers to ensure comprehensive test coverage and efficient test execution. Manage and maintain test case libraries, ensuring they remain up-to-date and aligned with product requirements. Conduct API testing to validate backend functionality and integration points. Continuously improve and streamline the QA process by identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency gains. Mentor and provide guidance to junior QA team members on automation best practices and techniques. Contribute to the development and maintenance of continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines. What You Need to Succeed: 5-10 years of relevant experience in building/designing automation framework & testing tools with good product exposure. Proficiency in WebDriverIO, Selenium, and client performance testing tools. Solid understanding of API testing methodologies and tools. Review scripts and performs an adequate level of testing to ensure quality standards are attained. Extensive knowledge on testing concepts, test process, test design skills and testing techniques. Good experience in Automation testing tools, scripting (OOPS knowledge), writing SQL queries and framework development. Strong in Troubleshooting, deployment and debugging with good programming skills. Experience with Maven, and Git. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects to meet schedules in a dynamic and fast paced environment. Strong communication & interpersonal skills Nice-to-Have Skills: Exposure to performing security and performance testing is a plus. Working on ERP/SCP/Distribution domain will be an added advantage. Working on Web/Mobile/SaaS/Cloud based application will be an added advantage. Familiarity with other test automation tools and technologies (e.g., Appium, JUnit, TestNG). Experience with test case management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr). Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
