Job brief

• We are looking for a QA Tester to assess software quality through manual testing. You will be responsible for ensuring good quality product roll out by finding and reporting bugs and glitches.
• You will be Testing User interface and User experience of the product and use good judgment and common sense to report feedback on the same.
• In this role, you should have a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills. If you are also competent in executing test cases and are passionate about quality, we d like to meet you.
• Ultimately, you will ensure that our products, applications and systems are a class apart.

You will

• Have the ability to take the point of view of the customer
• Have an ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical people is useful.
• Have deep insights into how the users will exploit the program's i.e. domain knowledge.
• Not take anything as granted and pay attention to detail
• Collaborate with developers to develop effective strategies and test plans
• Review and analyze product specifications
• Evaluate product output according to specifications
• Create logs to document testing phases and defects
• Report bugs and errors to development teams and ensure closure
• Help troubleshoot issues
• Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle

You must have

• An ability to find problems as well as to answer the question what s missing
• 4-6 Years Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role
• Experience in Automation Testing
• Experience in executing test cases (manual or automated) and analyzing results
• Experience in testing and QA methodoloies
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing
• The ability to document and troubleshoot errors
• Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
• Strong organizational skills
• Bachelors in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
