Job Summary
Salary : 15k/Month + Incentives
Business Development Executive
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Build sales strategies to support the team and ensure all of the work is being done as per the quarterly targets
- Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company
- Constantly conduct market research and stay up to date on the current standpoint of the marketplace and the competitors
- Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities for the organization
- Keep prospective client database constantly updated
- Take ownership for the end-to-end sales cycle for a client, right from the onboarding to the execution and delivery of services to them, and everything in between
- Upsell/Cross-sell to existing clients and maintain positive customer relationship with them
- Support in writing new business proposals
- Follow company guidelines and procedures for acquisition of customers, retention of customers, etc.
Key Skills and Knowledge Required:
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Must have good negotiation skills
- Must be able to create good presentations and deliver them
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills
- Must be detail oriented and an active listener
- Must possess the ability to work under pressure
- Must be a good problem solver and a critical thinker
Required Qualification:
- BBA/MBA or equivalent
