Role brief

• We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Director of Finance who will be responsible for developing and directing the company's analytical, financial plans and policies. The Director of Finance will also report on metrics to optimize our growth by understanding where efficiencies exist to maximize scalability throughout the year.
• Ultimately, you will work directly with the SVP Finance/CEO and other Senior Leaders of our organization to ensure our operations remain on track to hit our target goals.

Responsibilities include:

• Serving as a financial advisor to SVP Finance& CEO and executive team for strategic planning purposes.
• Managing Team, oversee all sides of accounting operations including processes, DOA, payables, receivables, payroll, Treasury, accounts finalization, and all related regulatory compliances
• Gathering and analyzing financial data and preparing financial reports.Prepare MIS based on SAAS metrics
• Managing Investor relations along with SVP Finance & CEO
• Budgeting, forecasting and Variance Reporting. Developing appropriate tracking methods for revenue and expenses.
• Be an Advisor to SVP Finance & CEO towards Investment and Fund raise processes.
• Prepare timely and accurate analyses, summaries and reports of financial data on the operating progress of the company
• Create a reliable cash flow projection process and reporting structure that includes a minimum cash threshold to meet operational needs
• Routinely review revenue cycle metrics to identify and address issues affecting overall performance proactively
• Manage the company's compliance with local and federal regulatory matters
• Partner with senior leaders to ensure the company hits revenue targets

Requirements and Desired skills

• The candidate should be a qualified Chartered Accountant or MBA from a reputed B School.
• 8+ years of experience in a finance leadership role with an excellent understanding of SaaS
• Well adept to SAAS metrics and MIS. Experience driving Finance function for Growth Stage companies desirable.
• In-depth knowledge of financial and cost benchmarking, accounting, audit and tax compliance, and other regulatory matters
• Adept in fiscal management principles and processes including resource management and needs assessment
• Partner with senior management team to establish and track revenue and collection goals
• Possesses critical knowledge of federal and multiple state tax laws as well as basic accounting issues
• Able to identify risks as well as opportunities to provide feedback on decisions affecting financial results of the company
