Job Summary

Responsible for handling complete HR activities which includes recruitment andion, performance management, induction and orientation, training and devolvement, meeting regulatory requirements, corporate communications etc. Will play key role in resource development, skill mapping and resource allocation.

Minimum Requirements

Graduate with additional specialization in HR or MBA specialized in HR and having in depth knowledge and experience of HR activities. Experience in salary structure design, compensation and benefits, review process, admin issues will be an advantage.

B.B.A, MBA/PGDM
