Job Summary
Implementation of SAP CRM Sales, Marketing and Service modules. Will be responsible for project scoping, implementing and training.
Minimum Requirements
Candidate should have excellent communication Skills. Functional experience in Sales, Service, Marketing, Call center experience and business process understanding are essential.Good experience in SAP SD mandatory.Basic knowledge of SAP CRM. Certification in SAP CRM will be an added advantage.Business process documentation skills
