Google Workspace Consultants

• Working experience of L1 support
• Experience in Production support- Incident management, Problem management, Root Cause analysis, Ticket analysis and reporting
• 24X7 support
• Excellent communication skills - Both Oral and written
  
• GW Admin, GMAIL, RTC, Collab, Billing
• Gmail Configuration, POP, Knowledge of SPF, DKIM and DMARC
• Configuring of email services through (SMTP, IMAP, POP3, Exchange)
• Gmail Migration
• Configuring and troubleshooting in G-Suite (Google) DNS Panel. Add MX record, DMARC, DKIM and mail subscription.

Min 5+ years experience in Google Workspace support and in-depth knowledge of GMAIL, Admin, Collab, Billing and Mail migration services, third party tools for Google, etc.
