Job Summary

Job description

Experinece : 1 5 Years

  • Day to day Accounts, Banking: Maintaining of books of accounts, Handling cash/bank transactions, treasury functions etc.
  • Statutory and Internal audit: Closing books of accounts, Internal / Statutory of same, compliance with Companies Act and other applicable laws.
  • Statutory compliances: Coordination with various government authorities related companies taxation, and legal compliances matters
  • Resources, SME funding: Raising resources based on the business plans, managing repayments, Managing Cash Credit facility. Knowledge about various MSME funding schemes and institutions etc. essential
  • MIS, Budget: Prepare financial budget, monitor actual performance against budget, Provide financial reports, MIS, Receivables etc. to managerial staff, while recommending further course of action.
  • Cost control: Constantly review and evaluation for cost reduction opportunities.

    • Key components:

  • Candidate must have experience in Advise co on valuation, strategic financial planning, budgeting and corporate functions.
  • Complement CEOs efforts on financial resources management, private placement, IPO, VC funds etc.
  • Ensure co remains viable.
  • Manage relationship with Investors and financial community to support favorable valuation.
  • Develop and deploy a financial structure and planning process that maximizes strategic and operating opportunities.
  • Develop and oversee all internal financial and performance reporting activities.
  • Handling team and goal setting.

    • Qualifications and Education Requirements:

    CA .

    Semi qualifies CA.

    Appearing for CA exams .
