Job Summary
Job Description: Work with Product Owner, cross functional teams within Cariad and translate their needs to software product requirements. Creating Software Product Vision and defining software product road map for AUTOSAR based Automotive ECU product. Collaborate / manage different software suppliers (OS, MCAL, SWCs, NIP, Diagnostics Configs, Tools etc.) within and outside Cariad. Create or develop user stories, manage AUTOSAR based Automotive ECU product backlog, and prioritize stories based on product architecture and / or user requirements.

Embitel, a Cariad group company, is looking for experienced software professional for Product Owner role on Automotive ECUs (product) hosting AUTOSAR.The candidates shall have strong proven experience in delivering software for ECUs (product)
Primary Skills / Qualities: Must haves: Shall have software development experiences for AUTOSAR based automotive ECUs. Experience in ASPICE is a must. Shall have experience in handling software delivery for a complete ECU from start to production, to postproduction change and/or defect handling. Shall have experience in managing and delivering EMC/EMI test, hardware test, design validation Test, end of line testing software. Shall have experience in interacting with vehicle or production team, participated in issues found at vehicle level etc. Shall have experience in managing customer expectations and their constantly changing release schedules and ability to work agile way. Shall have excellent product software knowledge and negotiation skills with proven record to handle both development and customer expectations and committing to customers on what can be optimally delivered. Handling multiple suppliers and managing dependencies between supplier and multiple teams within and outside their organization.
Nice to haves: SAFe agile certification.
Job ResponsibilitiesThe job involves defining product roadmaps, refining for an AUTOSAR based ECU project.The job also involves managing cross function teams within Cariad for different AUTOSAR components (both BSW and SWCs) and their deliveries, alignment of deliverable and managing AUTOSAR integration that happens in Bangalore for the ECUs we develop and plan its deliveries to vehicle integration and brands (Audi, Porsche, VW ) from a AUTOSAR software development perspective.
