Job Summary The Executive Assistant (EA) to the CEO provides high-level administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of the CEO's office. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and executing a wide range of tasks that support the CEO's ability to lead the company effectively. The EA is expected to maintain confidentiality, exhibit professionalism, and demonstrate a high level of initiative and judgment. Key Responsibilities 1. Administrative Support: - Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. - Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the CEO. - Coordinate and manage special projects, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved. - Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and other forms of communication directed to the CEO. 2. Meeting Coordination: - Organize and prepare materials for board meetings, executive team meetings, and other key events. - Record minutes during meetings and follow up on action items to ensure completion. - Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to arrange meetings, conferences, and appointments. 3. Confidentiality and Discretion: - Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism. - Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, offering insights and recommendations on various matters. 5. Liaison Role: - Act as a primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. - Facilitate communication and ensure the CEO's directives are executed across the organization. 6. Special Projects: - Support the CEO in strategic planning, research, and the execution of high-priority initiatives. - Manage and execute special assignments as delegated by the CEO.
