Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :-
Addition of new customers and business enquires,
Manage OEM engagements to design strategies to acquire more business deals.
Handling Business agreements with the OEM.
Analyzing the business opportunities from existing as well as new customers, submitting the quotations.
Communication with technology engineering and other departments for technical clarification.
Sales Achievement & Share of Business (SOB) as per prescribed sales budget.
Carrying out consecutive product price up meetings with OEMs.
Constantly Evaluating and maintaining Completion Data.
Maintain a satisfactory level of vendor rating
Preparing annual sale plan, trend projection for upcoming years.
To increase company brand name visibility in OEM and identified the new areas as per company portfolio
Complying with the sales policies of the company as promulgated from time to time and recommending any changes if and when considered necessary.
MIS/Research Analysis
Team handling & motivation
Ability to handle challenges & new projects
Debtors & Sales tax liability with respective OEMs
Competitor analysis
Vendor rating
Profitability of parts
Adherence of Audit requirements
PR with internal as well External customer.
Knowledge of ERP/SAP
Essential Skills:
Excellent communication skills and good at Excel.
Analytical, presentation and communication skills
Willing to travel
Salary : ? 10,00,000 - 12,00,000 P.A.
