We are Looking For Sr. Design Manager

Job Profile & Responsibilities

Designing on MBD (Model Based Development)
Good Knowledge of Auto Cad & Solid Work
To verify in AutoCAD for various lubrication system layouts and components.
Selection of motor, channels, valves according to Customer Requirement.
To verify oil & Grease lubrication System on solid works as per P&ID (Piping & Instrumentation diagram)
Prepare Bill of Material & Approval According to machine.
To verify GA Drawing & 3D model of According to the diagram.
Identified design, Process and equipment option to satisfy clients needs,
minimize costs and limit potential operational Problem
Prepare list of Tooling, Jig, fixture & Gauges for in-house Development parts.
Design of Jig, Fixture & Gauges for In-house Development Parts.
Review of Design work status with Team.
Monitoring processes as per customer requirement & suggesting immediate remedial action to avoid non-conference.
Monitoring and reduction of manufacturing consumable cost.
Good Knowledge of GD&T with relevant experience.
Complete the Project within time frame & handover the Concern Department.
