ELEVATE is looking for a HR Manager to Act as a strategic partner with global business leaders to designated business units in managing the global headcounts in full employee life cycle including but not limited to provide professional HR Consultative Service, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Learning and Development, Performance Management, Staff Communication & Engagement and other key HR duties.

Responsibilities
Recruitment, Selection, & Onboarding (40%)
- Partner with business partners in the region to understand open jobs and update job descriptions
- Lead the talent acquisition process including posting jobs, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and preparing offer proposals
- Deliver an engaging experience to all candidates emphasizing cultural fit
- Manage the onboarding process to ensure new hires a smooth transition into the company
- Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documents for new hires
- Conduct reference checks for new hires
Compensation and Benefits (15%)
- Partner with the department heads in reviewing, formulating, upgrading and implementing HR policies and procedures to achieve operational efficiency and ensure the alignment to the local laws/regulations and corporate directions (gratuity, maternity, etc.)
- Responsible for preparing and delivering payroll for office locations within the region
- Familiarity with and administration of local regulations regarding retirement funds
- Ability to benchmark salaries and benefits schemes
- Prepare and submit insurance claims on behalf of employees
- Prepare final payments and review with exiting employees
- Support renewal of visas and/or work permits with local government and immigration offices
HR Business Partner (35%)
- Provide tactical & operational advice and support to business leaders on people issues and organizational challenges
- Work as the HR business partner; to manage the HR operations with specific division
- Plan and drive the HR initiatives which aim at improving corporate culture and staff engagement activities
- Partner with the department heads to lead the HR team in providing quality HR services
- Perform any HR ad-hoc tasks or HR projects as required
- Conduct Exit Interviews with employees separating from the company
Talent Development (10%)
- Drive the performance management process holding leaders accountable to delivering constructive feedback
- Facilitate corporate training aligned to engage and develop staff
- Partner with Global HR team on succession planning, high potential development programs, job banding, etc.
Qualifications
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 6-8 years regional MNC HR experience in all-round HR functions from sizable organizations, preferably an MNC
- Self-starter, with the ability to take initiative and work on projects independently
- Well-versed in Employment Ordinance, Human Resources practices and related legislation knowledge on other countries will be an advantage
- Excellent in project management and organizing skills, able to handle multi-tasks and work independently
- Effective communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, high level of accuracy and detail-orientedare required
- Experience in dynamic and fast pace professional environment
- Fluent in both spoken and written English
- Immediate available would be an advantage
