Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Analyse and solve difficult problems in programming, computing and across stack.

  • Be part of the core team to engineer and design exciting products and solutions that will empower the business lines of the organization.

  • Work closely with operations and infrastructure teams to scale the solutions for massive throughputs and loads.

  • Managing Information: Can think critically and convert data to information, assess and analyse a range of sources.

  • Task Management: Plan your own work, prioritise and adapt to changing priorities, carry out multiple tasks, meet deadlines.


Skill Sets:


  • Strong Computer Science fundamentals on Data structures, algorithm, programming.

  • Operating system concepts, networking fundamental.

  • Good handle on at least one programming language - Javascript, Go, Python.

  • Good understanding of Software design and engineering practices.

  • Knowledge of design patterns, MVC architecture, REST APIs.

  • Hands on with Flask, Frappe, Django or similar frameworks will be an added advantage.

  • Sharp analytical skills and problem solving attitude.

  • High levels of creativity and teamwork culture.

  • Continuous Learning- willingness to continuously learn and grow.

  • Communication: Appropriate and effective communication to others, articulate your problems, solutions and ideas, communicate issues in a timely manner.
