Roles and Responsibilities

The Operations Manager role is a unique opportunity to help drive business growth through the optimization of processes and effective utilization of resources.

An operations manager will ensure smooth and efficient operations of warehouse with the help of associates assigned.

This data driven role calls for a rare combination of analytical thinking and inter-personal ability to manage partnerships and team management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of in multiple cities, check and verify records. Direct the operations of the warehouse team to achieve objectives
• Organize to service warehouse while maintaining and improving overall operational efficiencies.
• Interface cross-functionally, including communication with field team, technology team, warehouse team and customer.
• Ensure proper compliance and adherence to processes, ensure that all elements of the delivery are coordinated to meet customer requirements in a timely manner with high quality.
• Monitors individual performance and review various productivity metrics
• Provides proactive communications and solutions for issues to the customer
• Handle and manage process & people escalations
• Train and direct associates for action and conformance of norms and practices

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong experience in managing back operations not limited to logistics industry
• Excellent communication, presentation and stake holder management skills
• Team management
• Ability to work in both team and individual settings
• Well versed with Microsoft office
• Candidate should be aware of Information Security procedures and processes
