Job Title: SET COPS
Industry Type: Telecom, Finance, Distribution, Ecom, Logistics, Financial Services
Functional Area: Training, Ticket Closing, Follow ups- Human Resources
Employment Type: Full Time, Contract/Permanent
Travel: Extensive for first 3 6 months, Multiple India States; Moderate post 6 months
Experience: 03 Years minimum, Training & back-Office Experience mandatory
Education: Under Grad/Graduation, any stream
Team Management: Yes
Competency: Customer Centric, Think big, Deep Dive, Ownership & Bias for Action, Deliver results
Roles and Responsibilities basis Key Skills:
  • Working with the Training Sales Enablement team to understand the data and action on reports
  • Should be able to train Sales executive over the phone and face to face as and when needed
  • Should be able to travel to interior portion of sates as and needed
  • Should be able to close the tickets within the stipulated time frame
  • Should be able to connect with internal stakeholder, push for closure and manage performance quickly
  • Working on actions basis reports released on an hourly, daily, weekly and monthly basis.
  • Making sure the data is accurate and in case of discrepancies between systems work on resolving them.
  • Strong attention to detail. Strongly work on maintaining accuracy
  • Social and eager to learn, and have the ability to work well within a team
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously
  • A collegiate and collaborative team player that also has the ability to work independently, take initiative and set priorities
